In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No.131 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 148, 149, 341 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the petitioner has moved before this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.43341 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 06.10.2016 rejected the bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year's judicial custody.
The petitioner is in jail since 04.05.2016.

Case No.131 of 2015 subject to the conditions that the petitioner would participate in the Court proceeding and remain present on every date fixed by the Trial Court, in the event of being absent on two consecutive dates without reasonable explanation, the court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
