2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 341, 436, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 223 of 2024.

3. The petitioner is said to have son-in-law of the informant and the allegation against him is of abusing and threatening and also to set the informant on fire.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. Petitioner is the son-in-law of the informant and the daughter of the informant has already lodged

The occurrence is said to have taken place on 16.05.2024, but no F.I.R./complaint has been registered for the same, so far as the only allegation against the petitioner is that on 21.05.2024, he assaulted and abused the informant and her family members. Petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 223 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.

7. Petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date fixed by the Court and on his absence on two consecutive dates without without sufficient reason, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the Court below.

8. If it is found that the petitioner is involved in
