JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. As per prosecution case itself, the deceased was assaulted by petitioner and co-villagers on 7.4.2014 and she died on 9.4.2014 but in course of post mortem examination, no injury was found on the person of the deceased.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Lauriya P.S.Case No. 52 of 2014.
