Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since long and in course of trial, informant failed to identify the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge VI, Bhojpur at Ara in Sessions trial no. 172/2015 arising out of Buxar Rail P.S. Case no. 23/2014.
