Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 125, 303(2), 309(4), 323(4)(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that his neighbour, Aman Sahni, came to his shop and demanded 2 kgs of jalebi, after purchasing the sweet, he refused to pay and verbally abused the complaint, he even ransacked the

No.53460 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/3 shop causing loss of Rs. 5,000/-, further in the evening, Aman came back with other co-accused, including the petitioners and they snatched Rs. 2,000/- from the cash box of the informant at gunpoint, further Premchand and Pritam assaulted him by stone causing injury on head.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant FIR arises from a complaint. It is next submitted that the date of occurrence is 26-1-2025 and the complaint petition came to be filed on 11-3-2025, based on which the instant FIR came to be instituted on 24-4-2025. It is further submitted that had any occurrence of the nature as alleged taken place, in that event, the informant would have immediately rushed to the police station or would have filed a complaint. 5.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where
