Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to approach the Divisional Commissioner by filing Revision application against the appellate order dated 03-09-2021, passed by the Collector in Supply Appeal Case No. 13/2018-2019.
This application is permitted to be withdrawn with the
Patna High Court CWJC No.19328 of 2021(3) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 liberty as sought. The petitioner appears to have approached this Court soon after passing of the said appellate order dated 03-09-2021. In such view of the matter, it is observed that if the petitioner files his Revision application within four weeks from today with an application seeking condonation of delay, the revisional authority shall decide the petitioner's Revision Application on merits after condoning the delay keeping in mind the fact that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court by filing present writ application. The application stands disposed of with aforesaid direction and observation.
