The present writ application has been filed for a direction to respondent authorities to grant two months' time for removal of the stairs, constructed on public land, being used by M/s Chanda Mama Cloth Shop, which belongs to the petitioner, situated at Gola road Main Bazar, Sonpur, District-Saran.

It is submitted by learned AC to SC-16 appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 that on 07.07.2014, the date of filing of the writ application only prayer was made for granting two months' time for removal of the encroachment, hence, by virtue of the nature of prayer made, the writ application has now become infructuous.

In the circumstances, the writ application is disposed of as having become infructuous.
