Mr. Satish Chandra Mishra, learned counsel, appears in the present proceeding and states that he has filed I. A. No. 4463 of 2015.
Considering the stand which the parties have taken before this court, the interlocutory application filed by Mr. Mishra need not be adverted to.
It has been stated in the show cause that the order has been complied with. Mr. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, on going through the averments made in the show
Patna High Court MJC No.832 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 cause, has not disputed the same. He, however, has submitted that if there be any factual error in the calculation of the amount, the petitioner would approach the appropriate authority. Considering the submission of the parties, in my view, the present contempt application is fit to be dismissed. I order accordingly.
