Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.12.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 407, 467, 468, 471, 492, 473, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The present case has been registered on the basis of complaint petition filed by the informant levelling allegation against the petitioner that being his advocate he not only took huge amount from him but also gave forged documents of different courts.

No.7458 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that much prior to institution of the present case, petitioner had filed Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 175 of 2015 against the informant and others and in retaliation to the aforesaid case, the informant lodged this case and not only this but also gave a petition before the local Bar Association for cancellation of license of the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that local Bar Association conducted an enquiry and found the accusation true against the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 283 of 2015.
