Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has a grievance that her honorarium has not been paid as was admissible to her, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merit of the claim of the petitioner, would give liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the Director, Secondary Education, who will look into the grievance of the petitioner and if any amount is actually found admissible and payable, an order to this effect should be passed by him to ensure that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7425 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 payment to the petitioner is made within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. If on the other hand, the Director, Secondary Education, finds that the petitioner is not entitled for such payment as claimed by her, reasons thereof shall be recorded by him and the same should also be communicated to the petitioner in the aforementioned period of three months.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
