The petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.11.2014 in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 675 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the IPC.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 08.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15883 of 2015 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in custody. This is the second application for bail on behalf of the petitioner.

Vide order dated 10.02.2016, the stage of the case was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6652 of 2016 (3) dt.24-02-2016 2/2 called for from the court below. A report has been submitted which is at Flag- 'X'. From perusal of the said report, it appears that the charges have been framed and the summons have been issued against the charge sheeted witnesses.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was earlier given a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in custody, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 675 of 2014 with the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in course of trial and shall be present on each and every date fixed by the trial court. If the petitioner fails to appear on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail granted to the petitioner.
