The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the informant alleges that two unknown persons on the point of rifle snatched his motorcycle and fled away from the place of occurrence. During course of investigation, petitioner's name figured. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Sanjeev Kumar. Save and except suspicion, there is nothing against this petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Madhepura/successor Court in connection with Bihariganj P.S.Case No.

277 of 2018, with following conditions:- (i) Petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and his absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, their bail bond shall be cancelled by the court below.
