JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 29-08-2024 The issue relates to computation and calculation of the amount of salary, which the petitioner was entitled after granting 2nd ACP w.e.f. 02.05.2012.

2. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that he is getting less salary than his entitlement after revision of pay under 2nd ACP.

3. The petitioner is directed to submit a representation within two weeks from the date of this order mentioning his

Patna High Court CWJC No.12784 of 2024(2) dt.29-08-2024 2/2 claim to the respondent No.3 and if such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent No.3 shall disposed of the same within 60 days from the date of filing of the representation.

4. With the above direction, the instant writ petition is thus, disposed of.
