26-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 427, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner in connivance with other co-accused namely Ranjeet Yadav, Narayan Ray and Ambika Ray shot dead husband of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of land dispute, a free fight took place in which both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 18.01.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 74680 of 2024 (Annexure - 8 to the bail petition). Petitioner has

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - X, Siwan / concerned Court in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 672 of 2023.
