JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 At the outset, it is submitted that petitioner no.1 has already been arrested, hence, this application has become infructuous so far as it relates to petitioner no. 1. Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner no. 2 is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after six months of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that considering the fact that postmortem report reflects no external injury rather it is a suspected case of suicide, the husband of the victim has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 35247 of 2014.

No.29202 of 2014 (4) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner no. 2 be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 144 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
