The petitioner seeks bail in Bypass P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 24.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10991 of 2017 with liberty that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining four months in custody.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 28.01.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
