The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jehanabad Town P.S. Case No. 756 of 2017 dated 04.11.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act. Some persons were found making plans for committing dacoity. Some of them were arrested and from their possession, some firearms were recovered. On the confession of one of the co-accused viz. Surajbhan Singh, the name of the petitioner transpired. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not present at the spot and nothing has been recovered from his possession. He has a clean background.

No.31916 of 2018(3) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-I, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Town P.S. Case No. 756 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
