In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing of this writ application, the same is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer a statutory appeal for the purpose of assailing the order as contained in Annexure 8 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer-cum-Licensing Authority, Tikari, by which his licence has been cancelled. If the appeal is preferred within a period of two weeks from today along with a petition for condoning the delay, let the same be considered and disposed of on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of its filing.
