Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 420, 467, 379, 385, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sabour P.S.case No. 187 of 2021. As per allegation, the informant purchased a piece of land from the brother of the informant. The petitioner and his brother Pintu Yadav who were vendor of the informant sold the piece of land to someone else. The further allegation is that the petitioner and his brother Pintu Yadav were facilitating one Vivekanand Kumar who was the purchaser of the land in constructing his house. The informant came there and protested, whereupon the petitioner demanded rupees ten lakh as ransom

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65153 of 2021(2) dt.21-07-2022 2/2 and also snatched her purse containing Rs. 1 lakh. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the FIR itself it appears to be a case of civil nature. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. It appears to be a case of civil dispute and the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent, let him above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S.case No. 187 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
