JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, being the husband of the complainant, is languishing in jail since 13.10.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfilment of dowry demands and performing second marriage. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has never demanded dowry from the complainant and she was not tortured by the petitioner and the whole allegation of demand of dowry is baseless and not sustainable. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Complaint Case No.C426 of 2015, Tr.
