JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but general allegation of assault has been levelled against the petitioner and others. Moreover, the alleged occurrence took place on 9.8.2015 but the first information report was lodged on 15.8.2015 after the death of the deceased. It would further appear that the death of the deceased was caused due to his head injury but it is not obvious who caused the aforesaid head injury. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
