The petitioner seeks bail in Belaganj P.S. Case No. 304 of 2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 59 of 2021/227 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected twice. Trial court report reveals that charge has already been framed and case is running at the stage of prosecution evidence. Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, as the petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2018 having clean antecedent, trial court is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65479 of 2021(3) dt.15-04-2022 2/2 conclude the trial as early as possible.
