One forged Aadhar Card is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and so far as rest recovered articles are concerned, the same have been recovered from the house and at the time of recovery, petitioner disclosed that aforesaid seized articles belonged to his brother, Arif Raja. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 13.12.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
