Petitioner apprehends arrest in Budha Colony PS Case No. 56 of 2018, Special Case No. 28 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 448, 504, 34 of the IPC and Section 8 of the Pocso Act.

It is submitted that both sides are closely related and live in same apartment and the dispute between them relates to money transaction but not with the petitioner, who is wife of another coaccused Suraj Bharti and she has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Prabha Devi @ Prabha Bharti is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I -cum- Special Judge (Pocso) Patna in connection with Budha Colony PS Case No. 56 of 2018, Special Case No. 28 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
