The order of suspension dated 09.06.2014, having been passed by the State Government on account of the fact that the petitioner was made accused in criminal case relating to his being caught red handed while taking bribe in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 02 of 2014, this Court would find no ground to interfere with the order of suspension. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
