Petitioner seeks regular bail in Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.308/2016 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 448, 376, 511, 354 B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with his son entered into the house of the informant and tried to outrage the modesty of the informant and her daughter. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the elder brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the informant. The informant is in habit of filing cases at regular intervals to harass the petitioner. It is also submitted that it is quite improbable that the father and the son will commit such type of crime jointly with their relative. Petitioner is languishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26485 of 2017 (02) dt.13-06-2017 - 2 - in jail custody since 24.03.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation as made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-cumA.C.J.M., Patna in Patrakar Nagar P.S.
