2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 95 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, while the informant was returning after collecting the money, two unknown accused persons came there, stopped his motorcycle and snatched his cash worth Rs. 1,64,000/- and fled away on their motorcycle without number plate.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner was not arrested at the spot. Nothing was recovered from his possession

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54156 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 and except the criminal antecedents, there is nothing at all against the petitioner. The petitioner is under custody since 23.01.2025.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 95 of 2024, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
