In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the first information report, an information was given by the petitioner to the informant that his daughter has committed suicide by consuming poison.

Para 51 of the case diary, which is statement of the independent witness, shows that on the day of the alleged occurrence there was some dispute, the victim entered into the room, closed inside and committed suicide..

Though there was some dispute, the husband and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7471 of 2016 (3) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 wife were quarreling with them, but it appears that on the day of the alleged occurrence such incident has not been stated by the independence witness.

In such view of the matter, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Banka in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014.
