The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2017, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 02.05.2017 at about 7.30 P.M. the informant after closing his grocery shop situated at village Bamo proceeded for his house boarding on his motorcycle then petitioner along with others stopped his motorcycle and dashed him and also took the cash of Rs. 2500/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the house of the petitioner is situated adjacent to the shop of the informant and due to grudge and enmity, the petitioner has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28084 of 2017 (2) dt.05-07-2017 2/2 falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 04.05.2017. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-III, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2017.
