2. The present application has been filed for challenging the order dated 18.09.2021 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner and other accused persons in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 123/2020, corresponding to GR Case No. 1644/2020 for the offence under section 420, 406, 407, 408, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has produced the certified copy of the order dated 19.10.2022 passed by the Sessions Judge, Patna in Cr. Revision No. 216 of 2022 from which it appears that the discharge application of the petitioner has been rejected by the court below on 31.05.2022, as such, this application has become infructuous.
