In view of the statement made at the Bar, the contempt application is disposed of,

Patna High Court MJC No.1222 of 2015 dt.24-08-2015 2/2 however, with liberty to the petitioner that if appointment letter is not given to him within two days, he may approach this Court by filing a short contempt application.
