The petitioner seeks bail in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 226 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner along with two other persons was arrested and a motorcycle was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the motorcycle was released in favour of father of Rakesh Kumar Kushwaha one of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has not yet been put on test identification parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29684 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 226 of 2016.
