2. This application has been filed by petitioner for modification of the order dated 20.7.2024 AnnexureP-1 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of hearing of the said petition, learned counsel for respondent-State proposed that the petitioner herein is entitled to obtain sold amount of said grain with reasonable interest as directed by this Court but learned counsel of the petitioner did not agreed with the said proposal however, due to typographical

Therefore, it is prayed by the counsel of the petitioner herein that in para-5 of the said order may be modified to the above extent.

4. The above submission, made by the counsel is not opposed by the State Counsel.
