In compliance of this Court's order, dated 28.04.2014, passed in CWJC No. 15152 of 2008, violation of which has been complained of in the present application, it appears that a reasoned order has been passed by the Managing Director, Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority, on 12.06.2014.

Patna High Court MJC No.2215 of 2015 (3) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 submitted that the claim of the petitioners has been wrongly denied by the Managing Director, by passing the said order.
Correctness of an order, passed in compliance of the order, violation of which is being complained, in the present contempt application, cannot be gone into in the present contempt proceeding.
It goes without saying that the petitioner shall be at liberty to question the legality of the said order, passed by the Managing Director, Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority, before appropriate forum in appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.
