The petitioner seeks regular bail in registered for the offences punishable under sections 363/365 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, son of the informant had gone to attend tuition classes but did not return. On the disclosure statement of co-accused Ranjit Kushwaha, Identity card of the missing son of the informant was was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 18.8.2021. Considering the materials available on record as well as the fact that identity card of the missing son of the informant was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused.
