JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Six persons including petitioner were caught by the police officials while 15 children were being carried by them. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the own nephew of the petitioner was with him and as a matter of fact, petitioner was caught by the police on mere suspicion. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
