SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-07-2015 From the instruction issued by the Divisional Security Commissioner, RPF/Eastern Railway, Malda dated 27.07.2015, addressed to Sri Bijay Kumar Sinha, Railway Advocate, Patna it is evident that petitioner is to be allowed the same benefit which has been allowed to his co-worker Sri Ram Naresh Singh i.e. reinstatement, normal retirement on the date of superannuation and

Patna High Court MJC No.1341 of 2015 dt.28-07-2015 2/2 arrears in the light of the said reinstatement, normal retirement shall be paid to the petitioner within a short period.

Accordingly, it is directed that necessary monetary benefit to the petitioner be allowed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before Divisional Security Commissioner, RPF/Eastern Railway, Malda, failing which the authority concerned shall expose himself to contempt proceeding of this Court.
