Petitioner happens to be younger brother in law of the informant and it is alleged that marriage of informant was solemnized on 04.02.2013 with the brother of the petitioner but unfortunately, the brother of the petitioner died on 18.01.2014 and after that on the assurance of solemnization of marriage petitioner established physical relation with the informant but subsequently, not only a demand was made but also informant was ousted from her matrimonial home.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7472 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 2/2 Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that after death of husband of the informant, the natal people of informant pressurized the family members of the petitioner to arrange the marriage of petitioner with informant and when family members of the petitioner refused to buckle upon the aforesaid pressure, the informant brought this case.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Triyani P.S. Case No. 87 of 2015.
