JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 427, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. has been instituted on a complaint made by the Staff of Circle Office, which did not name the petitioners. The petitioners submit that subsequently the Circle Officer has named them stating that they were spearheading other
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11368 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2 / 2 persons, who created vandalism.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case no. 262 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
