2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of BNS.
3. As per the FIR, it is alleged by the informant that his son Amit Kumar Yadav left the house on 27.07.2024 at 12:00 noon, and he was in Triveniganj Market till 07:00 PM, but his mobile phone was found switched off at 09:00 PM. Thereafter, on the next day, i.e., 28.07.2024, his dead body was found near Raghunathpur Canal. When the informant and other persons reached there, he found that there was a cut mark on his neck, and his motorcycle, bearing registration No. BR-50T9418, was also lying there.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53765 of 2025(3) dt.14-10-2025 2/3 petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sachita Devi. Only material, which has come against petitioner, is that at one point of time, this petitioner along with co-accused Amit Kumar Yadav prepared video and threatened to make it viral. There is absolutely no allegation that this petitioner participated in commission of murder of informant's son. There is no eyewitness to the occurrence. Other two co-accused persons have been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 02.07.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 133 of 2025 with Cr.Misc. No. 149 of 2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024, subject to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53765 of 2025(3) dt.14-10-2025 3/3 condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
