108 litres of Indian made foreign wine has been recovered from a vehicle along with petitioner while remaining one managed to escape. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 20.02.2017, having absence of criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Vishal Vishvkarma is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Excise Judge, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.
