No one appears for the State.

The petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Ajimabad P.S. Case No. 17/2015 registered for offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an allegation of theft of a tractor against unknown thieves. The petitioner is neither named nor any recovery has been made from his possession. The name of this petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of a co-accused Dipak Kumar Singh. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated accused,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28425 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 whose name transpired in the confessional statement, have been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide Annexure 2 series. The petitioner has got two other cases as stated in Paragraph 3, however, he is on bail in those cases. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Jitendra Kumar Singh @ Bhuteli, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ara, District Bhojpur in connection with Ajimabad P.S.
