Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the complainant.

At the very outset, it is submitted that in this case husband of the complainant has been allowed pre-arrest bail with condition of payment of maintenance at the rate of Rs. 5000/- per month vide order dated 14.1.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30319 of 2014 and the petitioners being Dewar, Gotini and mother-inlaw deserve sympathetic consideration.

No.30672 of 2014 (2) dt.22-01-2015 In the facts and circumstances stated above and considering the fact that the petitioners are relative of the complainant's husband, the petitioners above named, in case of their surrender or arrest within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Motihari in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1498 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
