Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.1051 of 2017, registered under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
It is contended that the petitioner-husband is always ready to take back his wife, he also put such proposal before the court below that he is ready to take back his wife but the wife flatly refused and that fact is mentioned in the impugned order of the learned Sessions Judge and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.31762 of 2018(3) dt.22-05-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Shantanu Raj is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.1051 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
