2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 109, 103, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault with Musket to deceased is against co-accused Umesh Yadav. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation of assault. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 03.04.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the period of custody and clean

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54412 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 368 of 2024.
