2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner assaulted the informant with Khanti over his head causing head injury to him.
4. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Though, there is allegation of assault by means of Khanti against petitioner, but the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IXth, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 229 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
