Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (Respondent no.2) for redressal of her grievance, as prayed for in the present writ petition, in view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in case of Amresh Kumar Sinha & Ors. v. The State of Bihar & Ors. (SLP (C) Nos. 8219-8226 of 2016) and later on clarified by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12123 of 2024(3) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 Full Bench of this Court in the case of Kamlanand Thakur vs. State of Bihar & Ors. (C.W.J.C. No. 18727 of 2017).

Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the respondent no.2 is required to call for service particulars of the husband of the petitioner and verify, as to whether, he has suffered any disciplinary action, pursuant to the penalty order and decide the grievance of the petitioner expeditiously, in light of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Amresh Kumar Sinha (Supra) and the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Kamlanand Thakur (Supra).

4. In case, the authority concerned makes delay in redressal of grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner can take appropriate legal action against him.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition application stands disposed of.
