Petitioner who happens to be step brother of deceased Kanhaiya Chauhan is alleged to have given bamboo blow over head of deceased on account of which deceased sustained injury and died. At that very moment presence of other co-accused was also there. From the postmortem report, it is evident that injury over the head of deceased has been found being fatal. Prayer for bail is rejected.
