Five cartridges and one mobile phone are said to have been recovered from the possession of petitioner no. 1 and, similarly, five cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner no. 2. Both petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 07.11.2015 Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur
