Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Udwantnagar (Gajrajganj) PS Case No.225 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture is against the husband and father-in-law and not against the petitioner, who happens to be the elder brother of the husband of the deceased; the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the husband is in custody.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Sheojee Singh @ Shive Nand Singh @ Shiva Nand Singh is directed to be released on bail in the event

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31748 of 2018(2) dt.21-05-2018 2/2 of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Udwantnagar (Gajrajganj) PS Case No.225 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
